What you believe about yourself changes everything.

What you believe about yourself isn’t just a background thought—it’s a powerful lens shaping how you see the world. Imagine two people walking down the same street. One sees opportunity; the other, threat. Their beliefs shape their reality, not the street itself.

The beliefs you hold about yourself act as that lens. If you think you’re unworthy, it can keep you from accepting love, success, or even kindness. But if you believe in your worth, you see challenges as opportunities and setbacks as temporary.

Here’s the good news: beliefs can be changed. The lens you’re looking through isn’t fixed. It shifts as you grow, starting with awareness of your beliefs. As Wayne Dyer said, “Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.”

This week in The Practice Co App, we’re challenging those false inner narratives and embracing the ones that serve us. What if you saw yourself as worthy of love, success, and happiness? The world might just start to look a little different—a lot more open, and full of possibility.

Affirmation: I am worthy of love, success, and happiness. My beliefs shape my reality, and I choose to believe in my inherent worth.

I’d love your feedback—email me at liz@thepracticeco.com or leave a review on the App Store.
